Atlantis Gardens important info
Reception working hours: 08:00am – 19:00pm daily
A damage deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. Your deposit will be refunded via credit card or cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Late Check-Out Charge: Until 13:00 you can stay free of charge and after 13:00 – €10.00 will be charged per hour.

Atlantis Gardens Guests
Safe Deposit Box: All our units are equipped with safety deposit boxes free of charge for your valuable belongings (located in the wardrobe of the Master Bedroom or Corridor).
PCR Testing on-site: With one less thing to organize, now you can undertake the test in our property without any rush or stress. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding the procedure and process.
Snack Bar (8:00-18:00): Serving Breakfast & brunch (8:00 – 12:00). Scan the QR code to view the menu.
Pool Towels: When you arrive at our resort, you will receive 1 towel each. You can exchange your towel once every 3 days free of charge at the reception. Please hand over all pool towels at the Reception before your departure so that there is no charge of €15.00 per towel.
Swimming pool hours: 09:00am – 19:00pm
Gym hours: 08:00 am – 18:00 pm (due to latest measures and protocols for covid-19 please make your reservation at the reception – always without charge) (currently under renovation)
Dry cleaning: A price list and laundry bags are provided at the reception. Dry cleaning items will be returned within 24 hours. Please call 1100 for laundry pick up.
Sunbeds and Umbrellas are located around the pool and at the beach: free of charge for in house guests
Coffee & Tea amenities: your apartment or villa has a Nespresso machine ready for you to use. Each property is equipped with complimentary coffee, teabags, sugar and milk. Should you wish to have additional, please contact the reception; we would gladly deliver at your door.
Hairdryer: You will find a hairdryer in your wardrobe.
Shoe repair: A price list will also be provided at the reception. Please contact us for any shoe matters you may have and for pick up.
Iron & iron board: You will find an iron and iron board along with pegs, located in your wardrobe.
Your Kitchen includes:
Fire extinguisher & fire blanket: A fire extinguisher is easily located in the kitchen and a fire blanket is located within the kitchens’ cupboards.
Kitchen utensils & Items: We have equipped all our apartments and villas with amenities and items that can cover all needs. However, we are always here to help for any other requests.
Cleaning items: A broom, dustbin pan, mop and mop bucket are located outside your apartment or villa. New dishwashing sponge, cloth and kitchen role can be found in your kitchen.
Cleaning products: Dishwashing and washing machine capsules are available in your home, along with dishwashing liquid and small trash bags for your convenience. Please contact the reception if you need more, we would gladly deliver at your door. At the entrance of the complex, you will find three large green bins for you to use and dispose your garbage during your stay, in these strictly sealed bags.
Housekeeping: For housekeeping service or general cleaning, please contact the reception for more information.

We always recommend renting a car during your stay to enjoy all the beautiful sights this Mediterranean gem has to offer. For further information feel free to come by the reception.
Electricity and Adaptors: The electric current in all units is 220-240 volts. For your convenience, we provide universal power outlets at the reception.
SAVE ENERGY: Eliminate all wasted electricity consumption. Treat electricity as a valuable resource to be used wisely
- Always switch off unused lights and appliances
- Switch off the A/C and water heater if not in use
Smoking: All apartments and villas are non-smoking. However, you will find an ashtray at your veranda/patio for your convenience.
Pets: No pets allowed. Only animals that assist physically challenged guests are permitted.
Loyalty Card Member Rewards: If you are a repeater guest, you will receive your loyalty card and many benefits. For additional information, please contact reception.
Anniversaries: We would be delighted to assist you with all arrangements and details regarding any kind of anniversary, to ensure it will be a memorable experience. This could include cakes, flowers, special dinner arrangements and more.
Lost & Found: Please contact our reception for any lost and found queries during your stay at our resort, if an incident of this nature occurs the item will be returned to you during your stay or it will be delivered to you through postal services if you have departed from the
resort. All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 6 months.
Declaration of Responsibility: If you booked one of our Villas with a private pool and have small children, you will be requested to sign a declaration of responsibility upon check-in due to safety reasons.

Disinfection of properties and linen prior to your arrival: Note that all apartments and villas are cleaned and disinfected before our guests enter their home. All towels and bed linen are cleaned and sterilized in accordance to the hygiene and health protocols of the Ministry of Health.
- All cleaning and sanitization processes have been carried out with special approved materials for hotels and using effective and approved chemicals that are both gentle and eco-friendly.
- We do not reuse microfiber cloths, mops, and sponges when cleaning. Everything we use is newly used only once and it is always disposed of after its use.
- All keys have been sterilized.
- We reconsidered all our laundry and linen operations and protocols and we have adapted the implementation of sealable laundry
- Garbage disposal protocols demand all garbage to be put in the special sealable bags you been given upon arrival.
- Public areas and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected even more often, taking all necessary measures against Covid-19, paying special attention to swimming pool shower, sunbeds and umbrellas.
- Gym operation upon request. As a part of preventing the risk of spreading the virus, gym premises will be operated upon request for each guest in order to be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
- We have thoroughly studied our premises as well as staff and guest movements in order to optimize space and occupation levels to ensure adherence to social distancing guidelines.
- We take the temperature to everyone entering the complex, employees and guests, and deny entry to anyone with fever.
- Antibacterial hand sanitizer has been placed in each house in order to keep high standards of hygiene, as well as in common areas (reception entrance, swimming pool shower, snack bar area)

Please be advised that in accordance with the instructions issued by the health ministry regarding Covid-19 the use of a mask by the general population, aged 12 and over, remains mandatory indoors and outdoors.
Food and drink spots must close by 22:30pm. This rule applies to restaurants, restaurants within malls, hotels, and other tourist accommodations, cafes, bars, snack bars, canteens, and so on.
A curfew has been set from 12pm until 5am, while movement for emergency reasons (such as to and from the pharmacy or hospital) or for work purposes (subject to being able to present the relevant proof in the event of an inspection) is permitted.
